From the first time it's picked-up to its on court response, the Ozone Pro Tour offers the weight, balance and performance advanced players crave. Some useful heft is combined with a head light balance for an impressive blend of stability, maneuverability and comfort. Comfort from the stringbed is further enhanced by Prince's O Ports which allow for greater string deflection at impact and provide a soft, plush feel. Our TW playtesters found some excellent bite from the stringbed, resulting in plenty of topspin and slice from the baseline. Players with solid technique will find plenty of weight and power on their shots thanks to the racquet's 12.1 ounce strung weight, which we found to plough nicely through the ball. The stable response we found attacking groundstrokes is also evident at net. Even when up against heavily hit passing attempts, we found the Ozone Pro Tour to hang tough and provide a solid and comfortable response. We found good direction on volleys. Again, good technique is rewarded with some nice pop and weight of shot. On serve the racquet offers excellent access to spin. There's enough mass to add some heat on serves when looking to go big and some nice control to help with consistency. All in all this is a solid player's racquet with an emphasis on comfort, control, stability and spin. Best suited to 4.5+ level players.
